Saturday and all that Jazz

It was a year this month (Early January) that Donavan had surgery on his skull to remove the Epidermal Cyst. Scary time. He was 6 months old. This is his after surgery with his cute roommate at the IWK, Brookelynn. She had had surgery to make her achillies tendon longer a dayor 2 earlier.

More cleaning. Another day a doller less. Ugh...

I am really into reading historical romances again right now and I think after I finish the one im reading now I only have 1 left AHHHHHH.

I got a ton of laundry done yesterday. Slightly more to do today. Fricing bathroom sink clogged last night. Yuck.

Kev is home today and tomorrow and we are flat broke. Never a fun way to be. I am okay with relaxing but he is so wanting to do something but cant decide what. AND WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR IT.

lol

I am so excited about next week. I love having plans. Monday is maggies then I think were walking with tara. Drs appt for donavan and I after lunch. Donavan needs his 18 month needles. I need a refill on birth control before i run out.

Watched Mirrors last night. It was actually pretty good. Not as scary as i thought though (But what ever is?).

Here is a slightly rhetorical question...

that is slightly not...

I AM NOT PLANNING A TRIP TO COURT (yet.. mwahaha... jk) BUT...

Say the person paying child support to the other person for one child (lets call him Mr. I... No too obvious... HAHA Mr. A paying Ms. B), records a musical cd and the cd is picked up to be sold in stores for $15.00 a pop. And Mr. A decides to donate the proceeds to a very good charity would the money from the sale of the c.d.s be considered income??? And therefore should it be taken into consideration for child support?

Bah

My daughter's donor (who I have nothing nice to say about besides he is brave to be wearing heavy guyliner around here...) pays me support to the tune of (more money that anyone else's donor pays aparently.) X dollars calculated by his expense report (including, like, $60.00 monthly haircuts etc HAHA) and his income tax information in which he only included income from his techie work. When I was feeling angry and vindictive and tired of fighting over visitation that he didnt actually want, just wanted to fight over recently... (vinDICKtive.. nvm...)... I was going to take him back to court to have arrangements put in stone instead of "as agree'd apon by teh two parties". If I had to do that I was going to go for a recount in maintanence. Dude travels EVERYWHERE with his "music" plays bars and clubs and coffeehouses at top pay. Well known fact FEW musicians (not him) ever report such income as income unless called on it, which is happening more and more. I was going to call him on it. (see the absolute distaste i have for him and his squabbles and bullying?)
Then I decided to give him 1 ONE more chance and we settled on an agreement. Much mudslinging and snarkiness abound of course. and so I saved us all a trip to court. I dont NEED more money, just a way to make that money grubbing tight wad suffer for his bullying and general assholiness.

Which brings up my thought. As soon as I read he was donating the proceeds to charity the other day (He posted it EVERYWHERE) I knew that there were 2 reasons to do it. number 1) impress whatever chick/ news article he was trying to impress and B) *DRUMROLL* to avoid having to give anything to ME for MY DAUGHTER. He is just that type of person.

So teh general question (whoever is still hanging on... Kim??? Deb??? AT LEAST?!?!??!!?!??? guyyyyyyssss??? hello??? *cheep cheep cheep* anywho

can a person paying support avoid paying it by donating his or her (equal oportunity here people) earnings to a charity???

Holy Crap.

I am SO incredibly broke.
WOW.
PAINFULLY BROKE. Painfully painfully. I mean i was broke last week after paying my rent (late) and having 71.00$ to my name to get what I needed. (It didnt stretch). but now I am even more broke... NO MONEY after I get Family allowance and I would ahve to stretch it FARTHER. UGH. Holy... Now would be a great time to win the lottery.

The one good thing is that for the first time since I ahve had a powerbill my bill is completely up to date... Once I make good on my $200.00 promise for eastlink it will be down to current month's bill... and my rent is paid up... so if i manage to pay rent on the last day of the month then it will be %100 good too... but looking at where I am right now it looks like that will be late... its the only place I can rob peter to pay paul... or jim... or john... or Mary... See the pickle I am in...

I cant even think to change teh topic and cheer this blog up... its teh type of situation where all I can do is sit back and fret about how incredibly broke I am... See me fretting??? fret fret fret...
If I had 5 bucks I would buy a tv bingo card for tomorrow in the hopes and praying to win... WOW. So broke... All I can do is keep saying "next month will be awesome becuase we're all caught up".

I think I am ready for some Buddha-licious quotes now...
(lol) >.<
